Data controller
The data controller's legal name and address will be published on this page before payments are activated.
What we process
The photo you upload (an image of your face), order details (product, choices, amount, status), your consent records (text version and time), the payment result, and an irreversible keyed hash of your IP address to prevent abuse. The details you enter at checkout (e-mail, country, card) are collected by Paddle, not by Vesiqai. Since there is no account, we keep no password or profile, and we never see card details.
Why (purpose and legal basis)
Performance of the contract: preparing and delivering your order. Legal obligation: keeping commercial and financial records. Legitimate interest: preventing abuse and overload. Explicit consent: AI processing of your photo and its transfer to a provider abroad.
Who we share with
For ID photo / Portrait orders, your photo is processed by OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) via its API. Infrastructure: Supabase (database and encrypted storage, Frankfurt), Vercel (web server), Render (processing server, Frankfurt). Payments: Paddle.com Market Ltd (London, UK), our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes checkout, payment, tax and invoicing under its own privacy notice; Vesiqai receives only the payment result and totals.
How long
Photos of unpaid orders are deleted about a day after the preview was created (at most 2 hours if no preview was made); originals and results of paid orders 7 days after payment. Order and payment records without photos are kept for the legally required periods.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn which third parties received it, object, and claim compensation. Send requests with your order number to the contact address. You can withdraw consent; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.
